These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OhNoMyChess (the “Service”), operated by OhNoMyChess, contact: [email protected] (“we”, “us”).
The Service provides chess-related features such as importing or viewing game data and generating analysis (including engine-based analysis). Features may change over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The Service may rely on third-party services and APIs (for example, Chess.com, lichess.org) that we do not control. Their availability, accuracy, or terms can change, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Chess analysis and recommendations are informational only and may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific use case. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for important decisions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. While we evaluate refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy, Paddle ultimately processes the returns related to your payments. When you purchase a subscription or product, your transaction will be governed by Paddle’s Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum allowed by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (for example, if we believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service). You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app or by email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
