The Service provides chess-related features such as importing or viewing game data and generating analysis (including engine-based analysis). Features may change over time. We reserve the right to impose technical limits on usage (such as restricting the time window of analyzed games or throttling requests) to ensure server stability and fair access for all users.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The Service may rely on third-party services and APIs (for example, Chess.com, lichess.org) that we do not control. Their availability, accuracy, or terms can change, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Chess analysis and recommendations are informational only and may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific use case. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for important decisions.
The Service is free to use and supported by voluntary donations via Buy Me a Coffee. Donations are non-refundable and do not grant any additional features or access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
